Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Superior Victoria Spray Foam Insulation website and any insulation work you book with us. By using our website or hiring our crew, you agree to them, so please read them before you schedule a job.

If something in a written estimate or agreement we give you for a specific job differs from this page, the written estimate or agreement for that job controls.

What we do

Superior Victoria Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Victoria, TX, serving homes and businesses in Victoria and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in and attic insulation, crawl space insulation and vapor barriers, air sealing, insulation removal and retrofit work.

What you read on this site explains the trade in general terms. Every house is different, so what we actually do on your job is what's written in your estimate, not a description on a web page. You can read more about how we work on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free in-person estimates with no pressure to book. Your price depends on things like the size of the space, how much insulation is already up there, whether old material has to come out first and which product fits the job.

An estimate is based on what we can see on the visit. Once the attic, walls or crawl space are open, we sometimes find wet or contaminated insulation, buried vents or other problems that change the work. If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and get your OK before doing any extra work or charging for it.

Scheduling, access and cancellation

We'll set a date with you and do our best to keep it, but weather, material delays or a job running long can move it. If we need to reschedule, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

You agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to clear stored items from the attic, crawl space or garage where we can't reach around them. When a job needs you, your kids and your pets out of the house for a while, we'll tell you before the job and give you the re-entry time, meaning when it's safe to come back in, and you agree to follow it.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us at (361) 363-1202 as early as you can. Any deposit or cancellation terms written on your estimate apply to your job.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. If a job calls for a deposit, it will be written on the estimate before you agree to anything.

If a payment is late, we may hold off on scheduling remaining work until the account is current. Any collection costs allowed under Texas law may be added to the amount owed.

Warranties and what we don't promise

We stand behind our workmanship as described in your written estimate or agreement. Insulation products carry the maker's own warranty, and we pass those along as the maker offers them, so the maker's terms decide what their warranty covers.

Insulation and air sealing usually make a house more comfortable, but we can't promise a specific drop in your power bill, because that depends on your HVAC system, your windows, how you use the house and the weather. Apart from what's written in your estimate, our work and this website are provided as is, without other promises, to the extent Texas law allows.

Limits on our liability

To the extent Texas law allows, Superior Victoria Spray Foam Insulation isn't responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, such as lost income or costs tied to conditions that were in the house before we arrived. That includes hidden moisture, pest damage, old wiring or framing problems we find during a job but didn't cause.

If we are found responsible for a problem with our work, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing here limits any right you have that Texas law doesn't let a business take away.

If we disagree

If you're unhappy with something, call us first at (361) 363-1202 or reach us through our Contact page. Most problems get fixed faster with a conversation and a return visit than with anything formal, and we'll work in good faith to make it right.

If we can't settle it that way, any claim will be handled in the courts that serve Victoria County, Texas.

Which law applies

These terms, and any work we do for you, are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. A change won't alter the terms of a job you've already agreed to in writing.

If you have a question about anything here, our Contact page is the quickest way to reach us.
